Venom 3 Image Reveals Clear Link To Tom Hardy's MCU Appearance

Anyone who waited the extra 15 minutes for the post credits scene at the end of Spiderman: No Way Home in 2021, will know all about Tom Hardy's only appearance (to date) within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The British actor, known for playing Eddie Brock a.k.a Venom, first portrayed the iconic Marvel villain in 2018. He then returned as the character in 2021, not long before appearing in the post credits scene to Marvel's Spiderman: No Way Home.

With the third instalment of the Venom franchise confirmed, fans are still waiting on any confirmation in regards to a release date, title, and new characters.

However, thanks to Tom Hardy's recent Instagram post, we now have some hope that the British actor may appear in the MCU once again, and we may even see him face off with Tom Holland's Spider-Man.

Although we only saw Tom Hardy in a 30-second scene which was essentially a throwaway for fans at the end of Spider-Man: NWH, there has yet since been no confirmation as to whether Venom will appear in the MCU again.

But those eagle-eyed fans out there will have noticed that Hardy is wearing the exact same shirt in this image, posted to his Instagram, as he was in the post credit scene to No Way Home.

Whilst this could just be a coincidence, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for Marvel to throw a bone to the crazed fans of the MCU in such a manor as this one.
